Trust updates
Review dated changes to Lithi Trust guidance, their customer focus, and the limits of what each update confirms.
On this page
This page summarizes material updates to Lithi Trust guidance. Each entry names what changed, the customer question it addresses, its review date, and what it does not confirm. An update does not prove deployment, provider behavior, certification, contract acceptance, or a completed customer action. Use the linked Trust page for the question you are reviewing.
Treat each entry as dated guidance, not as proof that a product or provider state changed.
What this means for you
Read the newest relevant entry, then open the current Trust page it names. Compare the scope, status, evidence, review date, and limitation before relying on an older statement. Pricing, providers, product availability, legal terms, and security evidence can change independently, so a Trust guidance date should not be treated as a release or transaction date.
If your decision depends on a specific account, environment, contract, provider, or evidence period, request current material for that scope.
Current change
2026-09-03 — Trust Center narrowed to fifteen direct routes
Trust moved from a larger, mixed set of routes to fifteen direct pages covering Lithi Compute, Lithi Connect, and shared company policy. Guidance for a product not yet in general release was withdrawn from public routes while its source is preserved for a later release. Duplicate billing, security-architecture, and policy subtab routes were merged into the direct pages named from the current Trust Center. This entry records the guidance and routing change; it does not confirm a deployed feature, a certification, or a specific account's state.
2026-08-11 — Clearer Trust evidence boundaries
Trust guidance was revised to answer customer questions directly, explain practical meaning, show the evidence boundary, state limits, and offer one next action. The revision removes unsupported universal claims, fixed service times, inherited certifications, stale provider details, and obsolete pricing descriptions. This page records guidance changes; it does not confirm a live service state or the outcome of a customer action.
