Review stays with you
Review a prepared reply in Today, check its message and approved context, then edit, skip, save, or send it yourself. EmailOS never sends on its own.
Find the item in Today
Open Today and choose the account you want to review. Check the main list and Needs You for items that need a decision, then open the message and its prepared reply.
Confirm the sender, recipient, subject, thread, and account before reading the wording. A missing or changed account can make a draft unsuitable even when the words look plausible.
Check the source and rule
Read the message beside the reply. Open the visible source details and the rule that made the item eligible. Confirm that the facts are current, the scope fits the task, and the rule does not conflict with an exception.
If evidence is incomplete or the rule does not explain the item, leave it for review. Do not fill a gap from memory or another person's record.
Choose your action
Edit the reply when the facts are supported but the wording needs work. Choose Skip when no reply is needed or the context is not safe to use. Save a checked copy to Mail when you want to finish it there.
Saving a provider draft places a copy in Mail for you to inspect. It is not a send action. Nothing sends until you send it.
For example, an appointment request may appear in Needs You. You confirm the request and approved availability, change the opening to match the recipient profile, save the draft, then review it in Mail before choosing Send.
Send only after the final check
Read the complete reply after every edit or save. Check names, dates, commitments, recipients, attachments, and anything the rule says to include or avoid.
Use the explicit Send action in Mail only when the final reply is correct. EmailOS prepares eligible replies; you decide whether one leaves your account.
Recover a blocked action
If preparation or saving is blocked, read the visible reason and return to the source message, account, and rule. If Mail may already have saved a copy, check Drafts before retrying to avoid duplicates.
If the evidence stays incomplete, skip the item or keep it in Needs You. Reconnect or refresh the account through its normal settings when the provider draft cannot be placed.
Take the next step
Open Today and the review list, choose one Needs You item, and complete the source check before editing or saving.
