Find your result

Open the job or batch from your account to see its current status. A completed job shows its result, the receipt reference behind it, and the price it was billed at.

Read what the receipt proves

The receipt reference confirms the job ran under your approved quote and account, at the price you approved. It never contains your task content, so keep it beside your own record.

Check the result before you rely on it

Compare the result against the outcome you expected when you approved the quote. Accepted work is final, so review it before you move it into anything downstream.

If something looks wrong

If a result looks incomplete or wrong, do not resubmit blindly. Check the refusal or warning first, since retrying an already-billed job can create a second charge.
