Check each selected person in People, then review the combined order, timing, evidence, and stop points in Schedule.

Start with the current plan
Open the current plan and confirm its business, purpose, version, evidence, and stop rules. Keep the source context close while you review.
Pause if a source is missing, old, or unclear. Do not fill a gap from memory or a copied note.
Check People one person at a time
People shows who is included and why. Check each person's name, role, relationship, selection reason, proposed action, wording, timing, and current state.
Make sure each reason fits the business and the experience you chose to share. Keep likes, comments, connection requests, and follow-ups as separate actions.
Pause when a person changed, a reason no longer fits, or an action is unclear. Do not infer a missing reason from a profile.
Check Schedule as one view
Schedule combines every person's actions into one chronological order. It keeps each person's thread visible while showing the complete plan.
Check each row's date, time, person, action, dependency, source, and state. Keep waits, expected replies, branches, and stop conditions distinct from outbound actions.
Look for collisions, prohibited hours, missing prerequisites, expired windows, duplicate engagement, or organization overlap. A warning that changes scope needs review.
Confirm success or recover
Your review succeeds when People and Schedule agree on the business, people, actions, timing, evidence, dependencies, stop rules, and current version.
Pause at a reply, do-not-contact request, complaint, material change, missing prerequisite, or unclear warning. Note the visible mismatch and refresh the current plan.
When every field agrees, the complete plan is ready for one approval. A changed plan needs a fresh review.
