Account or API key problem
Fix a Compute sign-in, account access, or API key problem by checking your account, copying a fresh key, and confirming your role before you contact Lithi.

Check your account access
Sign in with the account you use for Compute. Confirm you are using the right organization if you belong to more than one.
If sign-in fails, use the sign-in page's own recovery option before contacting Lithi.
If your API key does not work
Confirm you copied the complete key with no extra spaces or line breaks. A key is shown only once when it is created, so a partial copy will not work again.
Check whether the key was later removed or replaced. A removed key stops working immediately, even if it worked before.
If you need a new key
Create a new key from your account settings and update the tool or script that uses it. Remove an old key once nothing depends on it.
Never paste an API key into a chat, ticket, or public document.
If access looks limited
Some actions need an account owner or admin. Ask your organization's admin to check your role if an action seems unavailable.
