Check the reporting period

Open your impact report and confirm which month it covers. A report becomes available after that month closes, not during it.

A partial month has no report yet.

If the report looks incomplete

Some figures are measured and others are estimated, and a few may be withheld under a privacy threshold. A missing field can be expected rather than an error.

Check the report's own method notes before assuming something is wrong.

If Mac contribution looks low

Mac contribution reflects the accepted work completed through shared capacity that month. A quiet month for accepted work can lower every figure together.

Compare the figure against the accepted work total shown in the same report.
