Security help
If you suspect a privacy or security problem with Compute or Connect, check the affected account, protect an urgent concern, and revoke access safely.

Check the affected access first
Note what you saw, when it happened, and which account or device was involved. Do not test a suspected password or credential anywhere else.
Open the account or device involved and review its active sessions or connected tools if that control is available.
Protect an urgent concern
If a device, account, or credential may be unsafe, use the issuing provider's own urgent channel right away. You do not need to wait for a reply from Lithi before taking that step.
Lithi can explain product context, but it cannot replace a provider's own emergency process.
Revoke and confirm access
Revoke access through the service that granted it, and rotate any exposed credential there too. Check the same account or device again afterward to confirm the change took effect.
Share safe details with support
Describe the affected area, the approximate time, and what you saw. Remove passwords, tokens, private records, and payment details from anything you send.
